This new award initiated by the European Control Association, EUCA, was handed out for the first time at ECC 2024. The basis for judgement will be originality, potential impact on any aspect of control theory, technology, or implementation. The ECC Best Paper Award Committee will consider the importance and practical significance in applications, and the clarity of the writing.
The winner is:
