• There is no presentation guide or template, people use LaTeX or PowerPoint. 

• The maximum duration for the presentation is 17 minutes, allowing 2-3 minutes for questions, in total 20 minutes. 

• Each room has a podium computer and a pointer. You can bring your presentation on a laptop or on a USB stick (flash drive) and plug into the podium computer.  It might be wise to have your presentation on a USB stick just in case, even if you bring your own laptop. 

• Be in time five minutes before your session starts. 

• Any other questions, please check with your session chair.
